At Crafted By Catherine, I have a pretty straightforward way of looking at things. Our warranty is simple: If you are not 100% satisfied with the quality of the product or the overall experience you have with Crafted By Catherine, simply contact me and I’ll make it right.

Return Policy:

I have oodles of quality assurance guidelines in place to ensure that you’ll get exactly what you ordered. But every once in a blue moon, an order arrives and it isn’t quite what you thought it would be. If that happens, rest assured that I’ll fix it.  Read more.

Shipping & Turnaround Policy:

You pay for it, I create and ship it. Pretty simple, right? I know you want a quality product. But I’m guessing you want it fast as well. I’ve got that covered. 

Terms of Use:

When you shop at Crafted By Catherine, you’ll get a quality, custom product. I’ll create it quickly and to your specifications, then pack it carefully and send it off. Easy breezy.  Read more.

Privacy Policy:

At Crafted By Catherine, your privacy is our priority and I’m committed to protecting your privacy at all times, in all situations. The information we collect about you when you become a customer is used to process your orders and to provide a more personalized experience on our site and will never be shared. 

Cancellations Policy:

Because I want to get your order to you as quickly as possible or get your event prepared, my custom orders begin the production process immediately after they are ordered. Because of this, I can not allow any order cancellations on custom products or events. By placing your order, you agree that you have reviewed your order and that no further additions, corrections, or changes need to be made and that your order is final as is. If you decide to cancel your event there will be no refunds.

On any stock products and accessories, your order can be canceled any time prior to it being shipped. Just email me and I will help you cancel the order.
